Here’s Why You will Love Nutrisystem’s Mushroom Stuffed Chicken Breast

After trying Nutrisystem Broccoli & Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast and the Roasted Turkey Medallions, I knew I would also love the Mushroom Stuffed Chicken Breast.  This meal features a soft, chewy chicken breast that is stuffed with a blend of creamy American and Swiss cheeses, portabella and button mushrooms, caramelized onions and then topped with a drizzle of a savory white wine sauce. Besides its 190-calorie content, I like this meal because of its high protein content, its natural flavors, and the fact that it is very satisfying, the perfect dinner meal to include in my weight loss program.

Perhaps one of the things that the Mushroom Stuffed Chicken Breast perfect for me is the ingredients that the company chose to use in its preparation. Chicken breasts have always been a better option for me than red meats. The Portobello and white mushrooms stuffed in the chicken have high fiber content which is also useful for my weight loss endeavors. They also have essential minerals like selenium and potassium besides being an excellent source of vitamin D and protein. Again, the mushrooms easily give me a full-feeling while offering me an energy boost.

 

I fell in love with the spicy flavor that the caramelized onions add to the food. The American and Swiss cheeses provide me with sufficient fat and such vital vitamins like vitamin C which boosts my immune system besides helping to repair body tissues. The cheeses also have significant amounts of enzymes and various essential mineral that are important for weight loss.

 

The white wine sauce contains niacin, riboflavin, thiamine, and folic acid, all of which are complex vitamins that the human body doesn’t produce. It also includes enriched wheat flour, reduced iron, soybean oil, natural flavors and turmeric extracts which are known to accelerate weight loss (especially diet-induced weight loss). I particularly like the inclusion of turmeric extracts as they prevent the accumulation of the fat I consume in the body. They also have thermogenic properties which accelerate the burning of calories, meaning they help me burn the calories in this meal.

 

Other important ingredients that make the Mushroom Stuffed Chicken Breast the best dinner option for me include lemon juice concentrates, vinegar, yeast extracts, paprika, soy lecithin, parsley flakes, and spices all of which have a plethora of weight loss benefits.

 

Obviously, another reason I considered before including this meal in my diet plan is its nutrition facts. The meal has 23g of protein which is enough to repair tissues and muscles after my HIIT every evening adequately. The 6g of carbohydrates and 8g of fat provide me the energy for my HIIT.

 

With just 2.5g of saturated fat and 0g of trans fat, the Mushroom Stuffed Chicken Breast is light, easily digestible and I don’t have to worry about such health risks as cardiovascular conditions. The meal has 1g of sugars which also assists in boosting energy levels, and 1g of dietary fiber which is essential for proper digestion processes. The 2 percent of vitamin A and 4 percent of vitamin C, 370mg of sodium, 6 percent of calcium and iron ensure that I get a balanced diet. Each serving has just 190 calories which make this meal the best low-calorie dinner for me.

 

While this delicious, diet-friendly, and satisfying meal is very flavorful, it, however, lacks a touch of vegetables that I always love to have in my meals. Even with this downside, I think this meal is perfect for anyone trying to manage their weight or just trying to live healthier.
